Let us open the gathering with a loving community meditation. Learn the 6 basic goals of meditation: bliss, oneness, love, peace, emptiness, and being. It is not enough to talk about love and peace and the other goals of Meditation. Through the various techniques that I use people are able to attain some or all of these “altered,” but actually normal states of consciousness and physical rejuvenation.
