Workshop #1, Title and Description:

Meditation is Concentrated Life: Guided Life
We lead people into the awareness of the six to ten “Low Hanging Fruits” of Meditation such as “Oneness”, “Just Being”, “Spiritualizing your Body”, a “Profound Peace,” a “Palpable Love”, “Experiencing the Breath”, and “Emptiness”. Learn the 6 basic goals of meditation: bliss, oneness, love, peace, emptiness, and being. It is not enough to talk about love and peace and the other goals of Meditation. Through the various techniques that he uses, people are able to attain some or all of these “altered,” but actually normal states of consciousness and physical rejuvenation.

Workshop #2 and #3, Title and Description (Presenter will hold this workshop 2 times):

Sitting with God: Joyous Meditation
Enjoy a loving community meditation with Frank. This unique ‘joyous meditation’ combines traditional aspects of meditation with a positive and engaging ‘laughter’ practice sure to make you smile and bring you closer to the divine! Divine Love Intelligence offers a path to him/her. That path is Love. Finding Love is Easy in Guided Meditations. You just sit, enjoy and be guided into Spirit ! That spirit which meditation ushers in is found whenever “two or more are gathered in the name of ‘Love’ I am there.” That is God, that Spirit. He/She is always sitting with us! And we experience him through the act of feeling joy and love.

Many of us are currently witnessing a poignant shift in the collective consciousness of humanity. We feel a change in the subtle energies we are receiving, we sense the birthing of something within us…something loving and familiar. We are alive at an incredibly pivotal time in human existence, where the feminine energies are rising to share balance with the masculine energies. The reemergence of these feminine energies in our modern society is absolutely necessary if we intend to usher forth a New Earth of balance, respect, and peace. This hour long workshop will delve into the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine archetypes, exploring how both of these archetypes have been skewed by modern society’s gender roles and expectations. Through guided meditations and heart-opening exercises, together we will attune our spirits to the Sacred Feminine energies. Sisters and brothers: through a conscious approach and intentional healing, we can reawaken to the holiness of our Earthly vessels! This hour long workshop will facilitate deep womb healing, on both the physical and ethereal levels. Presenter #3

Ahlee Dawson

Presenter BIO:

Aloha! My name is Ahlee and I’m biologist/balance instructor! I love to travel around sharing my passion for balance with others and teaching them to use indoboard balance trainers and furthermore (maybe more importantly) to use balance as a platform for a healthy life. I have a degree in biological science from Salisbury University and have been indoboarding for over 9 years now. I first picked up an indoboard randomly as a child from a local surf shop and taught myself but as I have grown so has my relationship with balance and the symbolism the board provides me. Balance touches us in every aspect and sometimes it takes a step back to realize part of our life unaligned and throwing us off our most effective growing path. I also love botany and self-sustainability. I truly believe that through kindness, support, and an open-mind, willing to learn we can overcome the hate and ignorance that seems to drain us. Can’t wait to meet you!

The workshop consists of two parts: a discussion of the importance of balance in all aspects of life, and a hand-on indoboard balancing activity.
Relaying the importance of balance as a constant theme in life to festival attendees (and having fun on Indo Boards). The workshop begins by introducing the abstract idea of balance and identifying how valuable it is in any and all circumstance(s). We discuss how balance is applicable to multiple dimensions of wellness and I provide examples of how to maximize wellness and therefore a healthy life. I utilize multiple vectors of sensory involvement to stimulate attendees physical state of balance: essential oils (scent), aromatouch massage therapy/basic stretching (touch), crystal stimulation from balancing crystals such as tiger’s eye and flourite (visualization), relevance of auditory stimulations both natural and non, and focus on things we ingest and how they effect physical and mental balance. I am trying to bring attendees to their Hridayam or at least point them in that direction before engaging in the interactive activity of the workshop. Segueing from physical I go into higher balance and the symbolism of balance for myself, inquire of that symbolism for participants and end with a fun tutorial on the indoboards.
Enjoy this Introduction to the indoboard and a brief indoboard history and current use. The presenter will explain her experience with indoboarding and what it means to her.  Ahlee will illustrate indoboard tricks and how indoboarding can bring literal and metaphorical balance to lives. Audience interactive indoboard time includes: Indoboard balancing tutorial and Basic trick how to session. Boards are provided for 10 individuals to participate at a time. Adina Segal of Gentle Blossom Arts

Presenter BIO:

Hi there!  My name is Adina Segal and I am the artist, designer, and all around creator behind this lovely little company.  Thanks for visiting my page to learn more about me and what Gentle Blossom Arts is all about!  I enjoy hiking, live music, and creating wearable art for others to enjoy.  I strive to find inspiration in things that feel authentic to me and go from there in my process.  I’ve been making art most of my life, and am just finishing a BA in Metal Working and Jewelry Making. I’ve been teaching educational workshops with IllumIKnation Station since 2012.
Nature is what I glean from the most and it’s also from where I source my materials, sometimes by hand.  While I love working in metal, I have a hard time with the sustainability of my chosen medium.  Since I don’t want to take away from finite resources if I don’t have to, I take the time to source the majority of my silver from local businesses, antique stores, and friends.  The keys I use also have an amazing history behind them that even I don’t know… though I wish I did.  The history behind my materials is what compels me to repurpose them into something beautiful, wearable, and sustainable.

Workshop #1, Title and Description:

Chakra Meditation with Didgeridoo
(with Ben Halper on Didgeridoo)

This workshop utilizing the ancient technique of chakra meditation will assist you in embracing all of your chakras, which is essential for spiritual and physical balance. Naturally, we all use some chakras more than others, so designing a course of meditation for everyone would be foolhardy; our goal is rather to provide you with the tools necessary to exercise all the chakras and embrace their individual beauty as well as to bestow knowledge about how they can enhance our physical and spiritual well-being. To help you achieve a meditative state, your presenter will be accompanied by a didgeridoo player. Direct your focus to nothing but the sound waves and vibrations echoing around you and dive into a blissful state of meditation guided by the soothing sounds of this ancient Indigenous Australian instrument.

Workshop #2,

Awareness in our Routines (Did you know you meditate every day?)

This workshop is about becoming aware in our everyday routines to the subtle meditations we practice all the time. A lot of people don’t realize how much we all meditate, from something as small as drinking a cup of tea to singing along to your favorite song. Come explore untraditional ways of meditation and how we can incorporate them into our busy lives.

Group mind intent exercises and chanting are only part of what this workshop has to offer. Your presenter will guide the audience in a journey through the major brainwave states with ambient music backed by brainwave entrainment. Once we reach the pinnacle of the geometries, we as a group send our intent, come together for some chanting and then a few minutes to bliss out. The accompanying music is clinically demonstrated to increase serotonin and melatonin production. You’ll explore your brain’s reactions to the golden ratios, solfeggio tones, 432 hz, Schumann resonances, trypnaural isolation chronic tones, visualization of the 4 ether element pairs of Steiners anthroposophy for protection and grounding, and geometric visualization for chakra resonance.

Workshop #3,

Structured Water Werkshop: Geometry and Hydration

A presentation on new scientific findings about water in particular hydration, structure, fuel, and it’s relation to ether. Water has been discovered to have a fourth phase apart from vapor, liquid and ice. This form, analogous to a crystalline lattice, has various properties that are effected by forces such as the geometric share of a container, toroidal flow, presence of crystals, pulsed light and color, mind (intent), electricity, music, magnetism, breath, radio waves, and many more! In short water is a programmable computer and we can effect its properties and applications through these stated factors. Come learn more at the Wetter Water talk.
